Flowers from the Ocean

These seashell flowers are hand made from mussels and periwinkes, cockles and slippers, Jingles, clams, pens, augers, snails, turbins, tops, jewel boxes, and abalones. I started making these when I wanted to see my shell collection and be reminded of the renewing energy of the oceans and the beauty of the seas. I hand picked so many beautiful treasures over the years walking the beach. This is some of them. Stems cost from $2 to $5.
